Camping: Camp Hi Canoe Livery
Location: 12274 Abbott Rd, Hiram, OH
Cost: $5/ person /night
The campsite is primitive but they do have pit toilets. I'll camp on Thursday, Fri and Sat.
I'm hoping to canoe a section of the Chagrin on Friday depending on water levels. Then we can canoe from camp on the Cuyahoga Saturday 10 miles to the Red Fox Boat Access. Sunday a nice 5 mile trip would take us from the US 422 bridge back to camp.
It looks like the Football Buckeyes will be playing the Michigan State Spartans Sat night @ 7:30 so a trip to the Mantua Corners Bar & Grill may be in order for those wishing to venture out. Tailgate foods are the order of the the night Saturday.
